Your contact and flight data are essential for contract formation, and without this information, a contract cannot be concluded. We may share your data with supporting service providers (e.g., hosters, communication application operators) who have been carefully chosen and are bound by our instructions. This especially applies to technical service providers assisting us in service provision.

Your payment data is not required or processed until a payment is due to you.

(2) As specified in our terms and conditions, if our extrajudicial efforts to recover the claim are unsuccessful, we instruct contract lawyers to represent your interests. Therefore, the legal basis for data processing to fulfill the contract is Article 6, paragraph 1, lit. b GDPR.

(3) In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, our cooperation agreement is based on your chosen form of cooperation (Basic or Premium). The terms of service of our contract lawyers also apply. Data processing takes place based on the specific contractual agreement.
