Duty Of Care
Reimbursement or Alternative Travel Arrangements If your delay extends beyond five hours, you have the right to request a full or partial refund of your original ticket cost, along with a return flight to your initial departure point if it becomes necessary.
Right to Essential Services In the event of a flight disruption causing a delay in your travel plans, you are entitled to certain essential services based on your specific flight circumstances. The airline is obligated to offer:
- Meals and beverages while waiting for the delay.
- Access to communication services, such as two telephone calls, telex or fax messages, and emails.
- If an overnight stay is required, provision of accommodation in a hotel, including transportation to and from the airport.
