No upfront fees are required when you utilize our services. We are only compensated if we successfully secure your compensation from the airline. Our fees are subtracted from the compensation paid to you by the airline. Below, you’ll find a general outline of our pricing policy. For more comprehensive information, please consult Chapter IV, “Fees for Services and Payments,” in our Terms and Conditions.

Standard Fee

In cases where we obtain your compensation without the need for legal action against the airline, we apply a fee of 30% (inclusive of VAT) to the amount received from the airline. 

Litigation Fee

If, despite our efforts involving multiple attempts to secure your rightfully owed compensation directly from the airline, lodging complaints with relevant authorities, and resorting to arbitration, the airline still refuses to pay, we may initiate legal proceedings against them.

Before taking legal action, we will always contact you via email to notify you of our intention. If we successfully obtain your compensation through legal action, we charge an additional litigation fee of 15% (inclusive of VAT) based on the amount awarded in court or as part of an out-of-court settlement reached due to our legal actions. This fee covers the preparation of all legal documentation, the compilation of necessary evidence, engagement of legal experts in the relevant jurisdiction, and the provision of legal representation in court.

Importantly, you never bear any fees unless we successfully recover your compensation, even if legal action is required.

Payment Method

Once we receive your compensation from the airline, we will request your banking details for processing. After receiving your banking information, we will transfer the agreed portion of the compensation to you via electronic bank transfer. All transfers are conducted in EUR, USD, GBP or local currency, and we strive to secure favorable banking transfer fees for our clients. Please note that any expenses related to the transfer will be the responsibility of the client.
